Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes about 5–10 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees: delays can happen due to carrier volume, weather, holidays or incorrect addresses.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at supportcozycubofficial@gmail.com. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.

Lost, damaged or missing orders

If your package arrives damaged, never arrives, or the item is wrong, contact us at supportcozycubofficial@gmail.com and we will work with you to make it right.
